SHIPPING POLICY.
Our main shipping provider is A Post, with standard shipping on our gloves €3.50 for people living in Ireland or Northern Ireland. Orders are posted on the same day as they are ordered if the order is before 1pm. If not, they are posted the next day.
If you are outside these countries email us at gesports.ie@gmail.com or message us on our socials as we have and can facilitate the likes of Great Britain and United States of America. Items are posted the day after the order was placed.
PICKUP.
If you're in the Lisdoonvarna area and want to pick your item up or want it dropped off, send us a message on Instagram at @gesports.ie and we can work to facilitate your request.
REFUND POLICY.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with no flaws. You’ll also require the proof of your purchase.
Please note returns are posted at the customer’s own cost.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue and make it correct.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Exceptions & non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on your item if it is not in the condition it was received in.
